Background
Founder Ed Gianos has been involved in database marketing for his entire professional career. Prior to starting North Leaf Solutions, he was a Director of Account Management at Digital Impact (now Acxiom Digital), where he led a team of marketers responsible for over $8M in annual client revenue. His previous professional experience spans many different industries, including financial services, gaming, and the government sector, at companies such as Household International, Signet Bank, Capital One Financial Corporation, and SAIC. Ed holds a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia.
